This will maintain all manner of discussions involving the Bounty Board. Chiefly signups and proposals to what will be put up on the board.

For sake of simplicity and ease of use, there will be minimal guidelines for applications currently.
Your proposals need not indulge in all information on a bounty.
They need but show ample fruit in the idea, and reward.

Rewards are very important to be balanced. Reasonable, fair and definitely not overbearing. IF you are worried about having the reward too great; then diminish it greatly. Money is not meant to be easy to come by.

Acceptance onto the Bounty Board will be decided ultimately by myself, as it will keep the actual Bounty Board clean and organized. Though, know that I’m far from a dictator or tyrant, decisions will be made as they are in the OOC and all of the Roleplay; by the players.

To keep in mind; these are tasks which can be taken up by the players, not tasks which will be seeking the players out.
Dangers and monstrosities that endanger all of the Hamlet should still be made in the OOC.

Notices can and will be made though; either by myself or the danger’s creator.

    Proceed with organized chaos.

    The Beaked One.
A Humanoid Abomination that works like a Dungeon-specific (Only encountered in the Warrens) version of The Collector.
It looks a little like the traditional depiction of a Plague Doctor, but like the Collector, it towers over the adventurers.
It’s an Evasion Tank with a fair amount of HP, and attacks twice per turn, due to it being encountered alone and unable to summon allies. Its theme is Disease, both physical and mental. It has three attacks;’Plague Touched’ is a low damage melee attack, with a high blight chance that inflicts a strong blight (3 or 4 damage per turn) that lasts 3 turns. The other two attacks are stress damage related. One is a single target stress attack, and can inflict an ‘increased Stress damage’ debuff, the other deals team wide stress damage.

    -Boss Name: Robed Flesh
    NOTICE
    -Stats
    Max HP = 50
    Damage = 9-16
    Speed – 9
    ACC MOD – 0%
    Crit MOD – 8%
    Dodge Chance 8
    -Abilities
Mutilation: Bone claws sprout from the finger tips of the creature, unleashing educated savagery – A low accuracy [60% chance to hit, accuracy increases as torch level decreases] but heavy bleed attack, causing 4 bleed for 3 rounds, Damage would be 9-16 (not entirely sure if the damage is fair.) XXXX [TARGETS INDIVIDUAL HERO]
Reveal The Flesh: The Robed Flesh hastily pulls apart his robe, revealing a pulsating, revolting amalgamation of muscle, sinews attached to it’s torso. – Medium stress damage. X-X-X-X [WHOLE PARTY] 9-13 stress damage.
Infest Thy Mind – Whispers and mad voices echo through the mind of a hero… causing erratic and irrational behaviour. – Causes a single hero to randomly chose an ability, Medium to Low stress Damage inflicted upon single hero. 8-16 stress damage. [TARGET INDIVIDUAL HERO]
Absorb – The Robed Flesh absorbs dark energy from two heroes, boring it’s gaze onto thy mind. – Heals Robed Flesh [5-12], causes stress damage debuff [15%], 1-3 Physical Damage [TARGETS TWO HEROES] 00X-X
    -Special Features
This might take some explaining but It might be worth it. The Robed Flesh is a fragment of the Robed One, the actual physical host. Upon death, another fragment (The Robed Flesh) will stalk the party and eventually engage in action, The first robed flesh (if it spawns) is much stronger and has the strength to execute many heroes, if the first robed flesh Is killed, a weaker duplicate will be replaced (a weaker fragment of the Robed One) This weaker duplicate of the robed flesh will continue to stalk the Hero Party until finally engaging, The second Robed Flesh (the weaker fragment) will be more focused on stress attacks rather than melee. Oh, forgot to mention something, The Robed Flesh will drop a fragment, a crystal of dark energy if you will (not the one that’s worth 2,500 gold.) Once the two robed flesh have been defeated, an altar will erupt from the ground in an empty room (will create a large, booming sound to alert the hero party to it’s location.) The altar requires the two fragments of the robed flesh that were dropped, if used on the altar, a shimmer of the physical body of the robed one will appear, and is much stronger than the first and second robed flesh, for both physical and mental attacks. If the hero party somehow manages to defeat the shimmer of the Robed Flesh, it will drop an abundance of gold (1000-1500 gold and a potential trinket)
Note: The hero party only has to defeat the two robed flesh, the summoning of the physical body of the Robed One is optional.
The Robed Flesh will have 2 action’s, it’s first either being: Reveal the Flesh, Infect Thy Mind, Absorb. The Robed Flesh second action will be Mutilation. The expected design of the Robed Flesh is too weaken the heroes mental state, until skewering them with it’s bone claws. Not entirely sure upon the extent of a mini bosses design. Also, if a hero party retreated from the Robed Flesh and did not engage it again, the Robed Flesh would constantly torment those heroes mentally, however I have postponed this idea as I’m not entirely sure if it would break the RP, so I leave this feature to the RP community. From the first rank of expeditions to Champion level expeditions, the Robed Flesh’s health will be improved by 15. The Robed Flesh’s damage will be improved by 3 every expedition rank (1st rank = 9-16, 2nd rank = 9-16, 3rd rank = 10-18, 4th rank = 11-20, 5th rank = 12-22, 6th rank = 13-24), the resistances will increase by 10% every rank.
If a hero party flees from the Robed Flesh, their is a low chance that the Robed Flesh will abduct one of the Heroes. The Robed Flesh will not kill the heroes, it will merely absorb dark energy, but also force a lot of stress and a negative affliction.
    Robed Flesh Backstory.
Little is known about the ‘Robed Flesh’, the only indications of it’s presence is either through a madman’s bellowing accusations or the strange and brutally mutilated victims found within woods or unholy places. The appearance of the Robed Flesh is quite vague: The robed flesh towers above the average man, it’s face is obscured with the blackness of the void, the limbs have not been described as no survivors have lived to see them however a single man who managed to escape with large puncture wounds decorating his stomach stated that the Robed Flesh’s legs and torso were an amalgamation of eldritch flesh, muscle and sinew. This man was swiftly executed as he was believed to be tainted by the devil. The Robed flesh mainly feeds on dark energy, emitting from the environment and from heroes souls. The Robed Flesh was allured towards a particular village, which attracted heroes of pure and energetic sin riveting through their veins… The Robed flesh travelled eagerly towards the hamlet, awaiting to taste blood upon the tip of it’s claw’s.

Reward: The Robed Flesh drops a lump sum of 1000 gold. However, as the Robed Flesh fades, it’s robe appears to be left behind. Upon closer inspection, I appeared to be belonged to a priest of some sort [15%DMG When light is either -DIM LIGHT- Or -RADIANT LIGHT-, +15% Stress Damage] or the ‘Dark Fragment of the Robed One’ trinket (+4 SPD, -10% Max HP)

A fair idea, perhaps its HP would be around 20-30, to keep it potentially killable by lower levels [which everyone is so far besides one or two]
I like the idea of it being a many-attack but low-strength monster, relying on poking and trying to outlast the Heroes by dodging. Granted, this seems a little like some monsters within the Estate’s depths, alas, it’d perhaps boast more intellect.

What’s the reward for slaying it?

Another interesting idea; a lot of it seems very well thought out and open to interpretation. I feel it’d be interesting if its Mutilation ability had a high chance to miss, but could put a Hero on death’s door in one strike. Which means it’d rely heavily on a player using their environment; which could be capitalized upon within the Weald or a death sentence in the Ruins. It seems quite dangerous, so I’d say it has a low dodge chance, and maybe even low health [again, 20-30 HP]

Perhaps its boon to counteract its low health and survivability is the fact it will haunt Heroes as they venture deeper into their expedition? Increasing in occurrence as they slay it more and more frequently.

I wa actually having a hard time deciding what the Mutilation ablity would be like, however i eventually decided upon my design of mutilaton that t you see now. I may change the mutilation skill if you think it would make the Robed Flesh even better in terms of design.

But i must thank you for explaining what i tried to implement so many times but didnt come out right, now i will explain wh i tried to implement that feature. The main idea that had in mind for the robed flesh was that it was a shadow or fragment of its true physical form. I intended the robed flesh to exist as multiple entitys, as each one faded, another fragment of the physical body of the robe one to appear within the vicinity. The real robed flesh inhabits the mind of the fragment of the robed flesh.

    The Dullahan:
A headless creature riding a chariot of bones pulled by a great black horse.
It is drawn to conflict and death, it is a herald of grim times and can “call” a person to the afterlife by simply saying that persons name to them.
However it is not unbeatable. Gold is a traditional weakness for the spirit.
A small amount will keep an individual safe but larger quantities should be needed to banish the beast permanently.

Account by Mr Fondleworth (Fabric trader):
“I saw it come out of the smoke on the Old Road. Rattling it’s bones at me. Crying out but it’s head was sitting on a spike… laughing at me… it was horrible.
He didn’t speak, he just laughed and whipped my horse clean in two. I… I ran, I left it all and I ran here… oh my poor beast. My livelihood is gone now.
I… I’ll pay anything, ANYTHING you want just get rid of that… DEAMON.”

Rewards: Dullahans Head/Dullahans whip (trinkets but why not use the whip as a weapon if you’re feeling saucy?) OR total value of merchants cart depending on the state of the cart when returned.

I’m unsure as to… how fun this will be if it can kill by saying a person’s name. Granted it must know the name first, but I feel it’d be a bit better if it didn’t cast death, rather, incited stress.
But elods of it. To the point it can incite a heart attack pretty fast [Legit measurement]
If you can convince me that actual damage is better, or that you’ll agree to change the damage to stress, I’ll be putting it on the board tonight.

Clarification; is this a Bounty or a mission? Or a Notice, ie; players will have a chance of encountering this Dullahan randomly during expeditions?
