(I’ve gotta get some sleep, guys. I simply can’t brain anymore. I haven’t roleplayed in years, and I don’t know how it works when one person is gone for the time being? I guess you should just continue without me or on my behalf or whatever.)
He leaned back on the counter. “I had no idea that it was such a popular profession here. Seems a bit morbid to me.”

The jester began to chuckle, but it was cut short when he heard the voice of his angry friend.
“Bonel!” Poignant yelled as she glared at him. Bonel turned towards her and removed his mask, smiling at her.
“Don’t you “Hey Poiny” me! We barley know the layout of this place, and you run off?”March 3, 2015 at 2:35 am #15287
“Morbid, but useful. The one I knew made good use of her studies into the blight on this land,” Varus says as an aside as a dark-haired young woman approaches the bar. “Poignant, I presume? I am Varus. Welcome to the hamlet.”
(I need to get some sleep myself anyway. Until next time, farewell.)March 3, 2015 at 2:43 am #15288
“Yes I’m Poignant. Good to meet you. I’ve been looking everywhere for this joker…” She said as she shot another glare at Bonel who tried to look innocent as he sipped his drink.
[Talk with y’all tomorrow! :3]March 3, 2015 at 11:05 am #15360
“Ahem, cough, cough”
A throaty cough can be heard above from the other side of the bar.
“Excuse me dear sirs and madame”.
A Young man barely past his mid twenties slowly approaches the gathered company. A large broadsword strapped on his back, a large metal helmet on his hand and an ill forged chainmail with a cloth crusifix blazoned on his front. It is apparent that the man has seen better days. His face is feverish and sweaty. To an onlooker the sword on his back seems barely more than an elongated piece of metal chipped and rusty, rather a proper sword. And his armor….One can barely call the twisted metal rings and torn cloth an armor.
“My name is Perceival Von Stromgurd. I have arrived in this…place, a couple of days ago but this damnable fever I ve been suffering just seen fit to lower it seems. Excuse the…rashness? But from the looks of you, it seems you arrived here seeking adventure right?March 3, 2015 at 11:26 am #15368
“That’s right!” Bonel said to the new individual before shaking his hand.
“Name’s Bonel! You call me Bonnie too! Nice to meet cha’ Percy! Mind if I call you Percy?”March 3, 2015 at 11:55 am #15375
I just want to let everyone know now, that I’m a student so I will have school, meaning I may not be able to reply as often or quickly when I’m in school.March 3, 2015 at 1:06 pm #15396
“No problem friend, Percy it is then. Glad to meet you” Perceival raises his right hand to Bone in order to shake it friendly.
“Might I ask what was the call that brought you to this blighted place? I come from a Town about a months journey from here. In the town I was resting, a madman appeared at the doorsteps of the temple. He spoke of unholy abominations, screaming that the end of times are coming. Naturally we tended to him but we considered him to be a lost case so to speak. I never imagined that his stories might be true, up to the point I read the billboard of the contractor who houses himself in the stage coach. He seems a rational fellow but he himself repeated the stories…Upon arriving here I am inclined to start believing them. I even wonder why the few people who are still here havent fled. What in the name of the light causes such…decay?”

“Some of us don’t know yet, but I guess we’ll find out soon eh?” replied the bard as he chuckled.
Bonel gestured to an empty seat.
“How about you have a drink new guy? If you don’t got any money, I don’t mind paying for it.” he offered as he took out a few gold coins.March 3, 2015 at 2:39 pm #15409
“Thanks for the hospitality friend”. Perceival takes a seating as offered and politely smugs the bard on the shoulder.
“I am not broke, yet. So if you pay for the drink Ill pay for the food. Barkeep! Get us something to eat here please!”March 3, 2015 at 4:02 pm #15415
Bonel smiled and placed several gold coins on the counter.
“And a round of drinks for my new pals!”March 3, 2015 at 5:40 pm #15423
After gulping down a large portion of his mug Perceival speaks:
“Damn, that things not worth a damn. I miss the autumn ales of my home right now…Anyway at least my health is back into shape and I can feel the damned taste.” Laughs awnkwardly.
“I have been for a couple of days here locked down in my room, if you can call that hovel a room anyway. Lots of people come and go but very few return. I am no expert in this, since I havent walked outside of this hamlet yet, but…It would be better if we plan on doing any sort of work out there to go armed and in groups. We dont know what lurks out there sort the ravings of the locals. And between you and me” Hunches close and starts to wisper “I really dont think their minds are ok” Then fixes his composure and resumes talking normally. “One of the poor girls working in the rooms down below ” Perceival’s face takes a painfull expresion for a moment” braught me some salves yesterday and told me that the owner of this area arrived not awhile back. We might have some luck getting info from him and some guidelines perhaps?”
Waiting for the response of his company Perceival takes a bite from, what must be some meat or other on his platter “Damn thing tastes like rock, I havent ate something like that even when I was foraging in the deserts”.March 3, 2015 at 6:02 pm #15429
(It is fantastic we got this thing going!)
Jacobs observed the patrons as the numbers slowly increased, eyeing each with a level of suspicion. Little Lady and her friends. She was good at making them. A doctor in the sickest place of all.
A distorted face looked up at Jacobs, a ghostly reflection in the glass. A caricature of himself; unkempt black hair, a nose crooked slightly to the left, and eyes of a wolf. He hated it.
Jacobs stood and veered away from the group, making for the shaded corner where smoke permeated the card games. The arms of men drew back the wheel of fortune here. He sat and placed some money on the table, joining the group of faceless men gambling their fates.
He always casts a glance to the gathering group.

“Hmm…some information of the area would be very useful.” Bonel replied before taking a large bite of whatever was on his plate.March 3, 2015 at 6:18 pm #15433
“If you agree then I might go speak to him right now”. Perceival slightly pushes away his plate. He slowly raises from his chair.” I was planning on doing some metal work on the armor and the sword here but after seeing the smithy…Anyway Ill be back here as soon as I speak to him. Enjoy your meal we’ll talk again as soon as I finish”. He bows to his company, then takes a turn moves through to the counter, settles the dinners bill and makes his way outside.
