Juliet fell backwards in disappointment and began to put her plague doctor attire back on. Quite quickly, Juliet snapped back into her normal personality and stopped putting on the rest of her clothing, which was just the mask. Quietly, Juliet began sobbing uncontrollably; cupping her face with both hands which resulted in the plague doctor mask to fall down onto the floor… along with herself.

“Plea-please do-don’t… leav-leave me alo-alone…” Juliet cried in fear and embarrassment, standing up quickly and closing the curtain to hide herself.

“Are we leaving now?” Ronin grabbed his gear excitedly.

    Egg:
    “OH no no NO!”
He stormed over to her and struck her in the face.
“NEVER be this weakling again. You hear? Be the other one, be HER or I will think of creative ways to hurt you until I see her everyday.”
He was too close to loose now, she could ruin this for him and he would burn the building down if it increased his chances of this cure working one iota.

Herville stirred, breathing out a groan from his open lips. The wound on his head, crusted with wet and dry blood, weeped a clear liquid that trickled down to his eyebrows.

He was, for all intents and purposes, still unconscious, and was on his way to becoming permanently so.

Verdaux looked as Duval was walking off towards the table where that monk from earlier was sitting. Probably for the best too, considering how drunk Marcel was right now, their discussion could go wrong in many ways. Nevertheless, he couldn’t help but feel somewhat weird right now, considering how much he drank yet was still quite lucid, this being one of the many features that came with a half human, half eldritch body. Not that it was impossible to get wasted for him, but it would take about all his remaining gold to do so…

“Well, well, shouldn’t you had said that first when I stumbled upon ya guy earlier?” the outlaw replied with a smirk.

Shoru nodded and gestured with his hand to follow before walking back to where Duval was signing the document. Seeing that the highwayman was finished, he took the paper and the writing feather, which was now out of ink, and placed them carefully back in his pocket.

“Duval, come on.” the monk said towards him before making his way through the tables towards and exiting the tavern.

Ariel smiled, happy that he could make Andrea smile and pull her out of her state. He walked to the marketplace with quick steps. He started looking over the foodstuffs. He bought some spinach and tomatoes, and a small block of white cheese. They cost 50 gold total due to him buying just enough to fill the small stewpot. Just when he was going to go after his purchases, something came to his mind. “Oh no! There were onions in it as well.” He said and returned to buy a few onions that cost him 5 gold. He asked the traders for a package and they gave one to him. He gathered the ingredients he bought in the package and extended it to Andrea. “Could you carry this please? I already have my hands full.” Ariel asked her politely. The sheet package with the ingredients was of medium weight when looked from Ariel’s perspective, it was lighter than the sack of utensils Ariel was carrying, but still not light enough for him to carry with one hand without any struggle. It would be easily carriable with one hand by someone with an average strength though.

(Again, are the prices fine Hix? Ariel bought the ingredients for a single small meal that can sate two people’s hunger. I thought the prices of some foodstuffs would be less than that of utensils which some of them are made from metal. Also, I might have kinda summarized this whole step, but you can still post what Andrea does while Ariel is doing these, or ask for an edit if it comes to it.)

Abd Al-Hamid stepped of the stagecoach, taking in the landscape around him.
In his years as an exiled, he had seen many villages different from his settlement back in Tallarn to not be surprised by the way they were constructed any more, with their usage of stone and wood. Of course, they were solid – but static. Just like a tree under the storm, it would break, and not ploy. Shaking his head before the foolishness of the people who lived in these lands, he noticed that the whole estate seemed foul. The air, the stones, the look on the faces of the people here – it seemed as if a great evil was pouring from the manor sitting above the moor, taking away life from the people there. Hoping he would be dead before the abominations lurking in this Allah-forsaken place would slay him, he adjusted his keffieh, the only visible part of his body, his eyes, scanning the area around him.

"The Darkest Estate is beset on all sights by ennemies; cultist, beasts and demons wage constant war against humanity.
But wherever there is darkness, there are those who fight it."

“No, I don’t have an idea who it could be. Francis isn’t a person who makes enemies, and he was poisoned by something in an apple. He wouldn’t have accepted it from a random person that would just walk up to him and offers him food. ” Ellie said rambling a little.

The blow struck hard across her cheek, causing her to whimper and rub her face, “Alr-alright…” Juliet bleated with one final sob before wiping her face of tears and her nostrils of bubbly snot.

Once she was all cleaned up, she looked at Egg yet again and stared through his eye slots, until managing to pull herself together and lunged forward to give Egg a tight hug, “Thank you… Thank you thank you thank you…” Juliet blundered with happy snorts before realising her grasp from Egg.

Before she could comment, Juliet caught a glance of Hervilles limp state and noticed the wound on the back of his head. Almost instantly, she grabbed her satchel of herbal remedies and a sewing kit.

“He’s dying.” Juliet stated with a lack of emotion, fumbling through her satchel to look for the correct drug to prescribe to Herville in order to slow his heart rate and therefore decrease blood loss.

    Andrea:
She watched Ariel do his work in relative silence.
    “I will.”
She took the bag, grateful for the chance to do something and not feel… well useless.
“Thank you, For this. I keep saying that but I do mean it.”
She said when he was done.

“Hmph.” Gurolath remarked, weighing his conclusions with her ideas of what happened, “A guard is busy. He doesn’t have time to think… perhaps he was offered a apple and took it without thinking. It happens, we all give in when free items of greed are offered to us.” Gurolath voiced his opinion before turning around, “Apologies but I must be off. I hope you find whoever did this, miss…?” Gurolath drawled the last bit on his tongue for a while, clearing asking for her name… mostly out of respect.

    Egg:
    “WHAT? NO.”
He went to the other side of the table, addressing Herville.
“You die here and I will follow you to hell and make you wish you’d never been born.”
    He began to pace.
“It’s too soon, too soon, we need to start the party early. Keep him alive, or you become the party favor.”
He left too quick for her to answer and began to search for Gurolath.

“Good shit!” Duval exclaimed with a clap of his hands, swiping a mug of ale from a table and downing it in one, “Sorry you fucking pieces of shit!” Duval chuckled as he took out his flintlock and dagger. As he pasted by Marcel, Duval stopped himself and turned around, crouching down beside Marcel, “Hey you funny fucker. I’m about to get my head blown off or my throat ripped out. Remember: I’ll always be here, in your heart…” Duval chuckled before he leaned in beside Marcels ear.

“…And in your mouth too…” Duval whispered extremely quietly, standing up and giving Marcel a hidden wink before exiting the tavern.
