Okay, in that case I should inform you that now the spinning attack targets the middle ranks (2 & 3) instead of the front 2. It knocks them back but doesn’t stun any more.
Run to Ground has been replaced with Death or Glory. A mighty attack where she leaps up in the air, brings the blade slamming down, slightly winds herself and relies on her armour to take the hits while she regains her breath.
Last night Scorpiovaeden made a quick attempt at trying to fix the defence sprite, atlas & skel in spine just so I could have a quick fix while you work on things. It’s almost (but not quite) there.
Since custom atlas & skel files are now possible we might be able to bring back that lovely old sword over the shoulder pose that I used to like for her self buffs and I’m sure it can free up some possibilities for the spinning attack.
If we could get the old pointing sketch stance back (side turned) that would be beautiful for Glimmer of Hope.
The skill overhaul is now in the fine tuning phase although camping skills are about to be tackled tomorrow. Things are looking up.
Yep – like Balgin said I can import an image into Spine for you guys and export the full set of files (anim, skel, and atlas) – that can the be used in game.
So feel free to do up whatever images you guys like for TK and email them to me for conversion into Spine 🙂
I just ask one thing!
If possible please put your image on a transparent background – it would create less work for me and speed up the process. Sending it to me as a .psd file would be even better, but I understand that not everyone has a photoshop program. The reason the defense sprite had white edges is because I quickly cut the image out from the white background. So have a transparent background would avoid that issue.

Hey there Kill, this is me officially requesting camping skill icons.
The First Story
“Long ago in the land of Stone Faces…”
She telsl the oldest story of her tribe. The story of how they were attacked by a monster and had to fight together with nothing but broken fragments of stone to stay alive.
This icon should be a closeup of her hooded face and maybe a single hand as she tells the tale.
Talk to the Sword
“Not now, later, when they’re sleeping…”
The sword talks to her. Only she can hear and sometimes, she answers back. The sword only wants to cut, stab, hack. it wants to make things bleed. It takes a strong mind to resist it’s urges.
The skill icon should be a closeup of the crossguard of the sword with the sword’s face making up most of the frame.
The Edge of Reason
“Yes I shall kill them all!”
Nothing to do with Bridget Jones, obviously :P.
This skill should represent the sword starting to gain control. She’ll gain a random mix of combat buffs & debuffs. She could get lucky, she could get unlucky, or a balanced mix of the two (buff speed, buff damage, debuff speed, debuff damage – she’ll get two randomly).
I’m not entirely sure what the icon will be for this one yet. Something to do with her being stressed out.
“The lantern’s vibrations shall keep them at bay”.
This skill will prevent ambushes during camp. It will also reduce the chance of being surprised over the next few encounters.

Trinkets have now been added. It’s probably quite possible to use default trinket art for most of these so trinket art is a fairly low priority right now.
Stone face pried from the cracked stone floor.
The bandages that she wraps around the sword blade.
Helps to trick the sword into believing she’s giving in to it’s psychopathic urges.
Grants her greater stress management but makes her stress less of a wobble and more of a yoyo.
A detailed chronicle of the original settlement that she came from. It fills her with confidence and courage but also makes her vulnerable because she pays less attention to the danger that surrounds her.June 19, 2017 at 4:42 pm #262697
